Dr. Gregory S. Decker

Background: Dr. Decker has been at Sanderson for 8 years. He originates from Chicago, Illanois; however, he has lived in North Carolina for well over 15 years, and considers the Cary area home. He has over 20 years of Educational Leadership experience. He has served as a Wake County Principal at Leadmine Elementary, West Lake Middle School, and now Sanderson High School. Prior to serving as a building administrator, Dr. Decker taught physical education and coached high school football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling. He has a great passion for preparing young adults for our global community. He works diligently to challenge students, staff, and the community to address the needs of students. Through continuous data analysis, Dr. Decker is committed to developing a dynamic learning environment for all students. He is dedicated to bringing Vision 20/20 to life!
