• 2017-2018 Student Parking Application and Off-Campus Lunch Pass Application (Read BOTH very carefully!)   
     

    SOPHOMORES MAY PURCHASE PARKING PASSES BEGINNING 2ND SEMESTER. WE CONTINUE TO OFFER THEM TO SENIORS AND JUNIORS. ALL SPACES ARE SELECTED BY RANDOM SELECTION. REQUESTED SPACES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

    RECEIPT OF A PARKING SPACE THIS SCHOOL YEAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPACE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR. 

    For Off-Campus Lunch Passes a student must have passed all classes last semester and have all SCHOOL FINES cleared.

     

    DISTRIBUTION DATES: 2017-2018

    September 1st on - LUNCH PASSES & PARKING PASSES IN FRONT OFFICE DURING SCHOOL HOURS. 

     

    Passes may be purchased with cash, check or money order made out to AFHS, or by using OSP (ONLINE SCHOOL PAYMENT). OSP opened on July 1, 2017 and continues throughout the school year. 

    Lunch Pass - $5.00 for the school year, (replacement passes $10)

    Parking - $170 for the school year (replacement passes $10) This fee decrease $17 per month. Call front office for current fee.

     

    Students should bring the following COMPLETED documentation to receive their pass(es). THEY MUST READ BOTH APPLICATIONS CAREFULLY.

              A. Photocopy of the driver's license (temporary or permanent). COPIES WILL NOT BE MADE BY STAFF.                                                                                                             

    B. Completed application: Parking (signed by parents) Lunch Pass (must be signed by a parent and notarized OR a parent (with photo I.D.) must accompany student to school for signature verification by AFHS staff member)                                          
     
    C. Payment: Cash, Money Order or Check (Made out to AFHS), or On-Line Payment (O.S.P.) RECEIPT
