    You have 30 days from your effective hire date (start date) to complete your new employee benefits enrollment.

    Example: If your start date is July 1, you must enroll or decline benefits by July 30.

    If you miss this enrollment window, you will not have another opportunity to enroll until annual open enrollment or if you experience a qualifying life event.
