Mathematics
The Success Series is an individualized approach to curriculum review created by The Wake County Public School System to help all students reach their academic potential.
The Success Series segments are posted here so students can review at their own pace from home, their school's media center or anywhere they have internet access. WCPSS students can also borrow The Success Series on DVD from their school: contact your instructor.
Algebra 1
Elaine Williams-Hill teaches at Cary High School. She has taught for 16 years, 14 of which have been with the Wake County Public School System. Before coming to Cary High School, Elaine taught at Carnage Middle School. Elaine earned her Bachelors Degree from East Carolina University.
Geometry
Catherine Faircloth Hairr is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher at East Wake High School. Cathy has taught in the Wake County Public School System for 27 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from North Carolina State University. She is the 2005 Teacher of the Year for East Wake High School.
Algebra 2
Carla Sammons Davis is a Nationally Board Certified teacher at Sanderson High School where she has taught for 13 years. She is a Wake County Mentor and she holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree from North Carolina State University.
