JROTC Booster Meeting
Thursday, September 5, 6p - 7p, in the JROTC Classroom. All parents of cadets are encouraged to attend.
Here Comes the Bus App
WCPSS is rolling out access to Here Comes the Bus over the next few weeks. With Here Comes the Bus both you and your children will know where the bus is. Which means you and your kids will know when it’s time to catch it. Traditional high school families will be encouraged to sign up beginning October 2. You will need the school district code 67500 and a student’s WCPSS identification number to register for the service. You can sign up for the bus tracking app at https://herecomesthebus.com/getting-started/ .
WCPSS Student / Parent Handbooks
Student/Parent Handbooks will be issued on Monday, October 2nd, during second period. The Parent and/or Guardian signature sheet (the back page of the handbook) is due to your child's 2B teacher on Wednesday October 4th. Parents please ensure that you get the handbook from your child(ren). You may also download the Handbook(English) here.
Manuales de padres y alumnos se emitirá el lunes 2 de octubre, durante el segundo período. La hoja de firma de los padres o tutores (la última página del manual) es debido a la 2B la maestra el miércoles 4 de octubre. Padres por favor aseguran de que obtener el manual de su hijo. Wildcat Family Night FUNdraiser
The PTSA will be hosting a Wildcat Family Night auction and raffle on October 26th starting with dinner provided by City BBQ at 6:00 in the cafeteria. There will be silent auction and raffle items as well as music from Millbrook’s faculty Band, Common Chord featuring Rise Rashid.
Tickets are $12 for students and staff and $15 for adults.The purpose behind this event is to raise money for a drunk driving awareness event for Millbrook students. PTSA No-Fuss Fundraising
The MHS PTSA No Fuss Fundraiser is still going strong. Our goal is 10K and we are just over $7000.00 right now! This money goes to support things like technology upgrades in classrooms, teacher grants for supplies and books, Character Ed and PAWS events as well as our IB Programme and Scholarships.
