Curriculum Management Audit: Superintendent Del Burns called for a curriculum management audit during his midterm report to the Board of Education. Find out what a curriculum management audit is and how it will improve teaching and learning in the Wake County Public School System.

Redesign at East Wake High: Preparing students for success in the 21st century is the driving force behind the redesign taking place at East Wake High School. The campus has been divided into four small schools with an emphasis on project-based learning.

Area Assistants Support Schools: As part of the realignment of the school system's organizational structure, existing resources were used to provide each of the area superintendents with a special assistant to help with school improvement planning.

Student Performance: The chorus at Southeast Raleigh High performs under the direction of Elsie Shuler. The group has been selected to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City on April 15.
