- Two hand-held wireless microphones
- One microphone that goes to just room 1. This is used during the opening/Closing sessions, and in case announcements need to be made to just the Roundtable Room.
- Second microphone to be used to announce class changes. This microphone goes to rooms 1, 2, 7, 8, and 9.
- Generate contracts
- Pay invoices
