- Hard copy in each student's folder plus extras for CDCs to use later
- Electronic copy (PDF) to each CDC to use in preparation of students
- Will not include the listing of participants from Higher Education room
Student Folders (red)
Inside each folder:
- Nametag on front of folder
- Nametag inside folder to wear
- Personalized schedule
- Map with sponsor logos

- Higher Education Fair sheet
- Employment Fair sheet
- Student Evaluation form
- Other materials
Folder stuffing party - April 16, 2009; 1PM to 5PM; Webster 1323
- Have volunteers bring boxes of stuff to stuffing party.
- Prior to stuffing party, count out number of student and adult folders. At the stuffing party, when you run out of folders, you stop.
- Be sure nametag inside folder matches nametag on front of folder and matches student schedule inside folder. These should be the last steps in the assembly line.
- Put each school's folders in a box.
- Recruit volunteers to take boxes from folding party to McKimmon Center.
