Event Preparation
- Arrange for transportation
- Recruit chaperones
- Generate Prior Approval form to secure funding for transportation and substitute teachers
- Submit Prior Approval Forms and Leave Forms to Chris at least 30 days before.
- Hand out Xtreme brochure to prospective students
- Collect completed applications from students
- Enter student registration data on electronic form and send to Chris by deadline
Student Preparation
- Require students to dress appropriately
- Teach proper behavior
- Bring copies of resume
