Adult Participants
- Get lists of adult volunteers from CDCs including:
- CDCs
- Chaperones (teachers) from schools
- Roundtable leaders
- Interviewers
- Postsecondary representatives
- Central Office Staff
- Other adults
- Create master list of adults, which will also serve as a sign in sheet
- Print name tags for all adults in alphabetical order
Student Participants
- Get student registration data from CDCs
- Put all student data into master list
- Assign students to interview time
- Assign students to Higher Education time
- Assign students to Roundtable discussions
- Create generic student schedule printout for Joy
- Sort student data by school, then by last name.
- Merge data to create individual student schedules
- Merge data to create name tags
- Make double set of nametags. One to wear and one for front of folder.
- Create a "student finder" printout to help locate students at the event
