Student Assessment
Before the event:
- Assess the assessment from previous years and make changes
- Print the Student Evaluation form on yellow paper - Chris
- Assessment is inserted in student packet
After the event:
- Collect assessments from students
- School chaperones collect assessments
- Chaperones turn in assessments at registration table
- Summarize data
- Share data with CDCs and Joy
Volunteer Assessment
Before the event:
- Assess the assessment from previous years and make changes
- Print the Volunteer Evaluation form on blue paper - Chris
- Distribute to adult volunteers
After the event:
- Collect assessments from adults
- Summarize data
- Share data with CDCs and Joy
