Was the program worthwhile?

If so how?
- Students were asking good questions and most seemed to find value in the event.
- Career exposure for high school students is always a good thing and needed.
- Gave students the opportunity to gain knowledge at a critical point in their lives.
- Students need career explorations opportunities.
- Students had a chance to ask questions.
- Very exciting when students ask questions and are actually interested.
- The interest level was really good.
- Gave the adults a chance to tell the students to make good choices now.
- Student exposure to job fields is immeasurable.
- Provide information for the students.
- My students had very positive remarks concerning the mock interviews and roundtable discussions.
- Great to talk with the kids.

What would make the program even better?
- Students having questions prepared ahead of time.
- Handle the PA system so that it does not interfere with what is going on in certain areas.
- Make certain that students are assigned to roundtables that they have an interest in.
- Encourage students to find out all they can about the different occupations.
- Longer sessions. About 10 minutes longer.
- Make it a two day event
- Strongly feel that all students should have an opportunity to participate in an event like this-not just selected students.
- More college representation
- More one on one with the students.
- Longer sessions - work groups.
- Figure out a way to spruce up the table discussions.
- Felt rushed.
- The PA system was annoying.
- Do a better job of telling me what I will need to speak on.
- Run each roundtable in a smaller room-difficult to hear the students in the large room.
- Students suggested more hands on activities and visual presentations.
- Loud speakers!!!! Very disruptive.

- Received confirmation the day before the event although I sent a message a week prior.

- Anything that will help the students is a good use of my time.
- Students wanted to hear what I had to share.

- Yes, so many young men and women do not know what they want to do.
- It is always good to advertise our company.
- If we can get students to think about their choices now they will be ahead of the game.

- Turn the PA system off in certain rooms.
