If so how?
- Very enriching to hear the different students attributes
- All the students were engaged
- Very important for students to have interview, career, and college preparation opportunities - Keep this event in place.
- It was wonderful having all the businesses represented and supporting the growth and development of the Wake County youth.
- The students are our future.
- I liked giving suggestions/guidance to students and they need this type of event.
- Since it was my first year I had no idea what you wanted on the interviews.

What would make the program even better?
- Directions packet handed out in advanced for volunteers and a time limit for each interview.
- Smaller rooms for practice interviews-A lot of noise when everyone is talking.
- Given that this was my first year doing this I had no idea what was expected of me.
- Wished I had more time with some of the students to go over their resumes.
- Have a "mock" job that the student is applying for.
- ? Don't understand the question.
- I felt it was very well planed given the number of students.
- Students should be aware of which session they are attending-Some came to me thinking they were interviewing for a real position.
- Have more volunteers for the interviews.

- Let students know what employers are looking for.
- Send out the rating/evaluation sheet prior to the event.
- Separate areas for engineering/technical for interviewing - so students will be more interested.
- Continue with this event. Have local professional visit throughout the school year.
- Cut down the noise.
- Turn down the loud speaker - made it difficult to hear ourselves or Mr. Whitley.
- Make it longer-More hands on.

- Yes, Make interview only for 11th and 12th grade students.
- Yes, good resumes, well dressed, very intelligent.
- Best students ever - Very impressed.

- Need to be applying for a specific position
- Some did not have resumes (why were they allowed to come?)
- Work on dress - Some did not appear to be dressed appropriately for this event.
- Some more than others. Apparently some schools worked on dress, resumes, and some did not.

- Those with resumes and proper business attire were.
Can you suggest any additional topics for future seminars for students?
- Job search tips
- Some of the students want more specialized fields to interview in
- No, very good balance - but maybe ask for student input.
- More practice on how to write a perfect resume.
- Were resumes reviewed by anyone?
- Some resumes needed to be proofread.
- Communication skills.
- Have professionals speak at the schools on topics like office behavior, do's and don'ts on the job.
- Job etiquette.
- Stress dress and well written resumes.
