If so how?
- Great opportunity to meet students and preview visibility for our company.
- I spoke directly with 48 students and was able to evaluate their needs and point them in the right directions.
- Contacts made with area schools for us to reach out to for recruiting.
- To show what we have to offer the students.
- Variety of students.
- We hoped to have more students interested in full time opportunities after high school.
- Good interaction with the students.
- The opportunity to speak with students and other business professionals was great.

- Students were energetic and well composed. I had a wonderful time talking to all. I made lots of connections for future job fairs.

What would make the program even better?
- Health snacks
- Turn off that stupid PA system
- Give vendors a schedule
- More students interested in full time positions.
- Could not be better.
- Loved the round tables and practice interviews.
- Better directions on how students were to flow through the job fair
- More students and longer time slots.
- Wonderful. One of the best I have been to.
- Give students more time to visit each employer.

- Email correspondence did not have a physical address
- Needed to know the schedule of events
- A little confused about what we were to do.

Can you suggest any additional topics for future seminars for students?
- This event should be done in the fall not the spring.
- Job shadowing
- Career Readiness (basic universal employment skills and education on the different generations in the workplace.
- Besides mock interviews, have students learn from employers what it takes to be successful in the workplace-how to advance.
- Different colors in the roundtable room to more easily identify where students were to report.

- No, we wanted students that wanted to enter the workforce and that is not who came to our table.
- Yes, had the chance to talk to some bright potential employees.
