Room Preparation
- Determine roundtables needed
- Recruit one or two career model(s) for each roundtable
- Gather their A/V, electricity needs (should not be any)
- Make photocopies of their handouts if needed
- Coordinate table and chair setup/placement
- Table decorations
- Assign CDCs to monitor 2-3 adjacent tables
During Event
- Orient career models before event begins
- Aquire a room for Roundtable leaders orientation session
- Prepare and distribute handouts to RT leaders
- Provide presenters with a schedule of their presentation/break times Chris
- Bottled water for all - Chris to aquire
- Distribute and collect assessment from participants
After Event
- Clean up
- Thank participants
