Student Registration Table
Student registration will be in the second floor lobby outside the Ballroom.
Prior to the event
- Recruit staff to man the registration tables
- Design layout of registration area
- Organize tables, chairs, signs, packets at registration area
- Separate student registration packets by school
- Have blank nametags and pen available for students who do not have a preprinted nametag.
During the event
- Hand student packets to CDCs, or an adult representative from each school.
- Collect any un-needed packets if the CDC does not want them
- Collect and distribute lost and found items
After the event
- Pack all extra materials in boxes
- Boxes go to Chris' van
- Clean up area
Adult Participants Registration Table
Adult registration will be in the Hospitality Room on the first floor.
Prior to the event
- Recruit staff to man the registration tables
- Design layout of registration area
- Organize tables, chairs, signs, packets at registration area
- Separate name tags for faster distribution
- Have on hand:
- Sign in sheet of all Adult participants (round table leaders, interviewers, postsecondary, school staff, etc.), - Chris
- Preprinted name tags - Chris
- Blank name tags - Chris
- Volunteer packets - Chris
- Floor plan sheet for those who do not need complete packet - Chris
- Supply Box --- tape, scissors, stapler, band-aids, tissues, markers, pens, etc. - Kathryn
- Cell phone list---Send your cell number to Kathryn if you want to be listed - Kathryn
- Special guest registration (elected officials, etc.) - Megan
During the event
- Greet each adult and ask their name
- Hand each a nametag and a packet
- Have each sign the roster, or add their information if not on the roster
After the event
- Pack all extra materials in boxes
- Boxes go to Chris' van
- Clean up area
