Print Shop Orders
We send all of our printing to the WCPSS Print Shop. If they cannot print the job in house, they will send out bids and get it printed wherever it needs to get printed.
The Print Shop can take your ideas and put them on paper. You do not have to do all the page layout work yourself.
- Get a written price quote from the Print Shop. One way to do this is to send an e-mail to Carl Copes describing the print job. She will e-mail you a price quote. Print this e-mail to submit with your request.
- Complete a CTE Request for Prior Approval Form to indicate the estimated expense.
- Complete a Print Shop Order form (PDF 19 KB).
- Complete only sections 1 and 2.
- Directions are on page two of the order form.
- DATE OF REQUEST: is the date you complete this form.
- DELIVERY DATE: is the date you need the printed material
- Skip the BUDGET MANAGER SIGNATURE line. The CTE Director will sign there.

- Follow the directions on page two of the order form. If you have questions, call the Print Shop for assistance.
- Print out a rough example of your print item. It does not have to be exact, and can be glued or taped together. This will give the Print Shop an idea of how the final product should look.
- Assemble the following items and send them to the CTE Director's secretary:
- CTE Request for Prior Approval form
- Print Shop Order form
- Price quote
- Print example
- Send any electronic files for your print job to your Print Shop contact. If you have not been using the Print Shop to design your printed item, then send the electronic file to Carla Copes. Tell her to expect the paperwork from the CTE or STC office.
