CTE Instructional Management System

The CTE Instructional Management System is a system for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction. The CTE Instructional Management System is a competency-based and criterion-referenced instructional management system. The CTE Instructional Management System model includes setting objectives, preassessing students, planning lessons, teaching the stated objectives, obtaining feedback, and postassessing students. Local school administrators and CTE educators use data obtained through the CTE Instructional Management System to improve instruction, to document student gains, and to demonstrate competency mastery.
