Career Development

juggling career hats

It is essential that our community's future employees learn all they can about the world of work before embarking on their own career. A quality School-to-Career program ensures a successful transition from school to career for all.

Professional Staff

A Career Development Coordinator (CDC) is on the staff at each middle and high school in the Wake County Public School System. These CDCs are responsible for the career development programs at their schools.

Career Planning Process

It is essential to have a Career Plan. Our Career Planning Process will help you develop a plan.
