Chris' thoughts -
It's important to look at the fast growing occupations. If there are not enough people preparing for these occupations, it will be easier to get a job. These entry-level jobs could be a stepping stone to a higher-skilled, higher-paying job in the future.
It's easier to get your foot in the door when the door is wide open, and when they are offering tea and cakes for all who enter.
