Who will manage the robots? eWeek, June 26, 2006.
Selected lines from the article:
- Mobile robots could become businesses' newest recruits in the not-too-distant future, raising questions about who will ultimately manage these machines.
- Will CIOs manage the robots as they do servers? Or will a new position emerge--say, a chief robotics officer?
Chris' thoughts -
Not only does someone need to design, build, and repair the robots, but now someone needs to manage them, just like employees are managed, or is it different?
