Wake Forest Rolesville Middle School is located in historic Wake Forest, NC, which is fifteen miles north of the capital city of Raleigh. Our area is known for the Research Triangle Park, and several universities including NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and Duke. Oddly enough, Wake Forest University of Winston-Salem was originally in Wake Forest NC until the fifties. The former location location is now the home of the Southeastern Baptist Seminary. Our town is historic, with many Victorian homes along main street where the school is located.
Our school serves grades 6-8 with a current population is 1110. We follow the traditional school calendar. We are designated as a "School of Progress" in that we have made expected growth. At Wake Forest-Rolesville Middle School, we believe "Excellence Begins with Growth" as we focus on ensuring every student succeeds and grows academically, behaviorally, and socially. We take great pride in having a very diverse population of students. WFRMS offers many programs typically found at a magnet school. These include but are not limited to: Orchestra, drama classes and productions, Science Olympiad, clubs which encourage social and community response, and a full slate of athletic programs.
We believe Wake Forest Rolesville Middle School is the best traditional option in Wake Forest. Please feel free to contact us at (919) 554-8440 or visit our updated website at http://www.wfrmiddleschool.com/ for more information. We look forward to speaking with you soon!
Traditional curriculum schools offer students high quality instruction, opportunities for advanced studies, creative exploration and extra-curricular activities in a nurturing educational setting. Some of the highest-performing schools in Wake County are traditional curriculum schools.
