Description

Wake Forest Rolesville Middle School is located in Wake Forest, NC, which is fifteen miles north of the capital city of Raleigh. Our area is known for the Research Triangle Park, and several universities including NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and Duke. Oddly enough, Wake Forest University of Winston-Salem was originally in Wake Forest NC until the fifties. The former location location is now the home of the Southeastern Baptist Seminary. Our town is historic, with many Victorian homes along main street where the school is located. Our school serves grades 6-8. We follow the traditional school calendar. Our current population is 1160. We are currently a "School of Distinction" as rated by the NC ABC plan where greater than 80% of our students are performing at or above grade level. At Wake Forest-Rolesville Middle School, we believe that "Every Student Can Learn" and we are determined to "Leave No Student Behind". We take great pride in having a very diverse population of students. We go the extra mile to help every student feel that he/she is a vital part of the school through curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities.
