Daniels has a strong focus on student success. We know that we are building the foundation for our students' futures. Daniels believes in community service. There is effective communication between Daniels staff and families. We offer both advanced and regular language arts and all levels of math. There are excellent electives offered, including the arts, foreign language, technology, physical education, and special topics electives. The recently renovated facility is beautiful. There is strong parental involvement and an active PTA.
We have talented, hard-working staff and students. We are utilizing technology to help our students learn, from SMART boards, to I-Pads, flip cameras, and clickers, technology engages our students. We have developed a time-management and study skills course for students who show they have that need.
Our goal is to work with our students to increase the skills and knowledge they will need to have in order to be successful as an adult. These skills were identified by our parents and teachers and are confirmed by educational researchers. Our students need strong communication skills (reading writing speaking and listening), strong problem solving skills, organization and time management skills, and the ability to work with others in a team. We are excited about preparing our students for the 21st century!

Traditional curriculum schools offer students high quality instruction, opportunities for advanced studies, creative exploration and extra-curricular activities in a nurturing educational setting. Some of the highest-performing schools in Wake County are traditional curriculum schools.
Important: Bus routes are subject to change based on actual student distribution, parent appeals, and other factors. The information here will be updated regularly, but updates may take several days to be reflected online. This route information last updated: 7:33 PM, Mon, Sep 1, 2014.
Stop times: Parents can anticipate a stop time based on the route start time, estimating 3 minutes between stops for neighborhood routes and 10 minutes for express routes. The exact stop time will vary during the first weeks of school. Students should be ready and waiting for the bus at least 10 minutes before the bus is expected to arrive.
Bus schedules: We urge parents to be patient as routes settle during the first few weeks of school. With students becoming familiar with this new routine, bus routes may take more time.
Faded Stops: Stops in faded text are on the route, but do not pick up or drop off students attending this school.
Questions?: Contact Transportation.
Can't find your bus stop?: If you cannot find your child's bus stop, please fill out our customer support form to report a missing bus stop.
