Curriculum: Traditional

Traditional curriculum schools offer students high quality instruction, opportunities for advanced studies, creative exploration and extra-curricular activities in a nurturing educational setting. Some of the highest-performing schools in Wake County are traditional curriculum schools.

Directions

Take I-440/Beltline to Glenwood Avenue exit. Follow Glenwood Avenue East towards downtown. Continue on Glenwood Avenue to the intersection of Hillsborough Street. Turn right. Get in left lane and continue on Hillsborough Street to the intersection of S. Boylan Avenue. Turn left. Continue on S. Boylan until you cross over the railroad bridge. Go through the second stop light to the intersection of Cabarrus Street. Project Enlightenment is at the corner of Boylan Avenue and Cabarrus Street.
From western Wake County, get on Western Blvd. headed east. Pass NC State University and Central Prison. Turn left onto S. Boylan Avenue (one block past Central Prison). Go through two stoplights. Project Enlightenment is between Lenoir Street and Cabarrus Street. From North Raleigh get on Capital Blvd. and follow it all the way to Lenoir Street. Right on Lenoir to S. Boylan Avenue.
From South Raleigh, get on S. Saunders Street or McDowell Street and turn left onto Lenoir to S. Boylan Avenue.
