Surplus Sales
Surplus computers and electronic items are sold on the first Thursday of the month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Purchasing building at 1551 Rock Quarry Road.
Surplus schools furniture and furnishings are sold on the last Saturday of every other month from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mt Vernon School located at 5418 Chapel Hill Road.
Weather, holidays, etc. may affect the sale dates so please check with the Purchasing department (919-856-8080) to confirm that a sale is occuring.
Payment should be made in cash and materials must be removed at the time of sale.
All items are sold "as is", no refunds, returns or exchanges.
