CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAMS

All schools shall participate in the National Child Nutrition Program, under the jurisdiction of the Division of Child Nutrition of the Department of Public Instruction, and in accordance with federal guidelines established by the Child Nutrition Division of the United States Department of Agriculture, and in accordance with board policy.  All federal and state revenues shall be accepted and applied so as to maximize the use of such funds for the purpose of providing quality meals to students at the lowest price.
