Misconduct on a School Bus |

School transportation service is a privilege, not a
right. Students at all times while riding a school bus or other school
vehicle shall observe the directives of the school bus
driver. The following conduct or violation
of any other rule of the Code of Student
Conduct while on the school bus or other school vehicle is specifically prohibited and may result in
temporary or permanent suspension from school transportation services and/or
from school: |

A. |
Delaying the bus schedule. |

B. |
Getting off at an unauthorized stop. |
||
|
C. |
Distracting the driver's attention by participating
in disruptive behavior while the vehicle is in operation. |
||
|
D. |
Failing to observe established safety rules and
regulations. |
||
|
E. |
Willfully trespassing upon a school bus. |
||
