WORKING
HOURS FOR ASSISTANTS

The principal shall set the workday for teacher assistants, not to
exceed forty (40) hours per week.
Teacher assistants shall strictly follow the working hours set by the
principal. |

The workday will begin at least thirty (30) minutes
prior to the instructional day for students. |

4105.2 |
The forty (40)-hour work week includes time spent attending
school or school personnel functions which the employee is requested to
attend by his/her supervisor. |
