The Board shall hire support personnel only upon the recommendation of
the Superintendent. |

4022.1 |
Within 20 days from the date of hire, a new hire
report shall be filed with the State Directory of New Hires on the prescribed
form as required by law. |

4022.2 |
The Superintendent or his designee shall have the
authority to dismiss support personnel and take all other personnel action
deemed necessary. |
||
|
4022.3 |
Any
action to discipline, demote, or dismiss support personnel shall be appealable
to the Board by the affected personnel. |
