The Superintendent
shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of
comprehensive emergency operation plans that will assist staff and students
to respond quickly to emergency situations. |

|
The Superintendent shall be
responsible for making provisions for and administering procedures for the
temporary closing of a school or schools because of inclement weather or
other unforeseen occurrence which presents a threat to the safety of
students, staff, or property. |
