The policy of the Board
is to employ professional personnel who hold or are eligible to hold clear
license in the employment areas. |

3100.1 |
Establishing licensure
with the Division of Professional Services, North Carolina Department of
Public Instruction, is the responsibility of the individual. |

3100.2 |
License renewal is the
responsibility of the individual. |
||
|
3100.3 |
If situations arise
which necessitate the employment of professional personnel for whom the local
education administrative unit must request provisional license, it is the
responsibility of the individual holding a provisional license to satisfy the
annual requirements for license extension.
Failure to present the annual evidence for gaining licensure extension
may make null and void annual contract continuation or renewal in the
employment area. |
