The Wake County Board of Education believes that a safe and secure working environment should be provided for all central office employees and visitors. 

Accordingly, employees at the Administration Building, Board members, and school principals will be required to wear identification/card access badges while in the Administration Building.

Security has developed in Regulations and Procedures (R&P 2301/3001/4001) guidelines, which address the specifics, related to this policy.
