Vacancies in
administrative positions shall be filled by the most competent applicants
available and in accordance with all stipulations of equal employment and
nondiscrimination requirements. |

2240.1 |
When an
administrative vacancy occurs, first consideration shall be given to the
qualifications of any applicant from within the system. |
||
|
2240.2 |
In the
event that no applicant from within the system has been deemed sufficiently
qualified for election, applicants from outside the school system shall be
sought and considered. |
