The official spokespersons of the
district shall be the chair of the Board and the Superintendent and the Superintendent's
authorized designees.Any person
speaking in official capacity shall conduct her/his assignment from the
standpoint of the best interests of the Board, the school system, and the
community and not as a representative of her/his own personal ideas and
feelings.
