FINANCIAL REPORTS AND STATEMENTS

The administration shall prepare a comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) that encompasses all the funds and account groups of the school system. The CAFR shall contain the general purpose financial statements as well as combining statements by fund type and individual fund statements. It shall also include a letter of transmittal from management and additional statistical information and financial schedules.

The administration shall prepare other statements of financial condition of the school system and other such financial information as may be necessary or desirable by the administration and the Board of Education.
