EMERGENCY OVERTIME

In an emergency situation, the Superintendent or his designee shall have the authority to authorize overtime work as she/he deems necessary for the best interest of the school system.

7230.1

Overtime compensation shall be at the rate of one and one-half times the applicable regular rate, in compliance with Federal Wage and Hour Regulations.
