MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS, FACILITIES PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION

7200.1 

It shall be the responsibility of the Maintenance and Operations Department to safeguard the investment made in public schools, to keep all school buildings in safe condition and in good repair to the end that all public school property shall be taken care of and be at all times in proper condition for use.

7200.2 

It shall be the responsibility of the Facility Planning and Construction Department to effectively and efficiently manage the school system’s long-range plans, school construction programs and other major school building initiatives.
