CHILD NUTRITION SERVICES PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES

The Superintendent shall be responsible for the Child Nutrition Service program and for compliance with the requirements of the National School Lunch Act.  The Superintendent shall direct the development of regulations and procedures that will include a delineation of the responsibilities of the school principals and of the Child Nutrition Services administrative staff.
