CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

The basic responsibility for curriculum development rests with the superintendent who may delegate portions of this responsibility to the administrative and supervisory staff of the system.

5100.1

The administration of the school system shall prepare a curriculum design which shall be reviewed and adopted periodically by the Board.  All curricular requirements of the State of North Carolina and the North Carolina Board of Education shall be included in the curriculum design.
