SCHOOL DAY

Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board shall approve the school day which shall consist of no less than five and one-half (5 1/2) hours of actual instructional time.

5032.1

The Board shall establish the school day for students by April 1 prior to the beginning of each school year.
