HIRING PROCEDURE

4022

The Board shall hire support personnel only upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.

4022.1

Within 20 days from the date of hire, a new hire report shall be filed with the State Directory of New Hires on the prescribed form as required by law.

4022.2

The Superintendent or his designee shall have the authority to dismiss support personnel and take all other personnel action deemed necessary.

4022.3 

Any action to discipline, demote, or dismiss support personnel shall be appealable to the Board by the affected personnel.
