|
|
It is the policy of the Board to retain productive
and motivated employees who strive for excellence in the performance of their
responsibilities. |
|||
|
4021.1 |
Satisfactory
performance is the minimum level of performance expected in this school
system; however, satisfactory performance shall not constitute assurance to
any support personnel of rights to continued employment or reemployment. Subjective and objective appraisals of
performance and the needs of the Wake County Public School System shall be
considered in making decisions to continue the employment of or to reemploy
support personnel. |
||
|
4021.2 |
Current
employees who apply for vacancies that would constitute a promotion should be
given full consideration in light of their qualifications, with successful
service in the school system to be considered a positive factor. Current employees who are qualified
individuals with a disability are encouraged to apply for vacancies that
would constitute a promotion. |
