The official spokespersons of
the district shall be the Chair of the Board and the Superintendent or the
Superintendent's authorized designees.Any person speaking in official capacity shall conduct the assignment
from the standpoint of the best interests of the Board, the school system,
and the community and not as a representative of her/his own personal ideas
and feelings.
