SUSPENSION OF POLICIES

In extenuating circumstances any section or sections of Board policies not established by law or contract may be temporarily suspended, at a formal Board Meeting, by a two-thirds vote of all Board members present.  However, in no case may any policy be suspended by a vote of less than a majority of all the members of the entire Board.
