Notify your child's school of any changes to your child's pick-up or drop-off location, and they will in turn notify the transportation department. The transportation department can only honor changes in addresses from the student’s school or from the special education services department.

If your child is missing, call 911 or (919) 856-1911 (WCPSS emergency security). If you have an urgent concern about your child's bus or route, call the district office for your school. Our schools are grouped into 15 districts with transportation managers in charge of serving our students.
