Questions about your child's school bus

Your first resource is your child's school, which you should notify of any changes affecting your child's use of transportation or contact if, for example, the bus seems to be running late.

Requests for a bus stop or route change

If you're not satisfied with your child's stop or route, request a change online.
Submit a transportation service request online. >

Changes to your child's pick up or drop off location

Notify your child's school of any changes to your child's pick-up or drop-off location, and they will in turn notify the transportation department. The transportation department can only honor changes in addresses from the student’s school or from the special education services department.
