Prepare for Kindergarten with Project Enlightenment Workshops
December 14, 2007 - Project Enlightenment, part of the Wake County Public School System, is presenting "Off to a Good Start - As Your Child Enters Kindergarten," a free information session for parents of rising kindergartners. Sessions are planned for eight Wake County locations during January 2008. Project Enlightenment offers these sessions each year prior to kindergarten registration held in February.You will learn how to help prepare your child for the new and exciting experiences that are awaiting in kindergarten.
The workshop will include:
• kindergarten registration information
• information about helping your child get ready for kindergarten
• hints to ease the transition
No reservations are necessary. This workshop is intended for adults only and is in addition to any school-sponsored meetings.
