WCPSS Magnet Schools Schedule Tours

January 14, 2010 - The Wake County Public School System Magnet Schools have scheduled school tours for parents who are considering magnet schools for their children for 2010-11.

Tours for Magnet Middle Schools will be held Tuesday, January 19, 2010. There are two information sessions and tours scheduled. One will start at 9 a.m. The second starts at 12 p.m.

Tours for Magnet High Schools will be held in the evenings. Each of the high schools has scheduled tours and information sessions on different nights to give parents the opportunity to visit as many of the schools as they choose.

The tours will help parents as they prepare for the magnet online application acceptance period rescheduled for February 8-28, 2010. The schedule was adjusted to allow families enrolling kindergarten students to have their students signed up for school.
