Introducing New E-Newsletter and Emergency Notification Sign-up and Subscription Manager

September 30, 2008 - There’s a new generation of electronic communication tools provided by the Communications Department of the Wake County Public School System. The new system will streamline and simplify the ability to receive e-newsletters and emergency notifications emails with a new Subscription Manager.

This Web-based interface will allow you to sign up and manage your subscriptions to our electronic newsletters and emergency notification e-mails which alert you to unexpected school closing, delayed opening, early dismissal or other critical system-wide news.

To receive e-newsletters and emergency notification service emails, you’ll need to create an e-newsletter Subscription Manager account. It’s quick and easy to create a password-protected account and sign up for the information you’re interested in. Users can sign up with multiple email accounts and tailor the subscriptions to meet their needs.

Everyone interested in receiving information will need to sign up with the new system. After a transition period, the old sign-up system with be discontinued.
