Growth Management Plan Includes Traditional Calendar Options

February 6, 2008 - In the Growth Management Plan for 2008-08, the Board of Education directed school system staff to provide traditional calendar application options for families assigned to multi-track year-round schools.

Families who wish to be assigned to a traditional calendar option school rather than their base year-round school must apply during the Magnet and Calendar Option application period, Feb. 11-29.

The number of seats available will be established by the WCPSS Growth and planning Department after a review of enrollment projections with principals.
