To empower promising youth in our community to make positive life choices that will enable them to maximize their personal potential in school.
Who We Are
We're a new one-on-one school-based mentoring program in which the Wake County Public School System will network with county agencies, businesses, individuals, and community-based organizations to implement a mentoring partnership to serve over one hundred 4th thru 8th grade students.
Our Goals
- Creation of a network designed to improve the coordination of resources available for the mentor community.
- Promotion of new program opportunities for mentees.
- Development of extensive support and training for mentors.
- Expansion of the mentoring services available to children and youth in the county.
